The Person Map displays the connections between the Person nodes in a network. In this map the Person nodes are connected by blue links that represent that the two People have affiliations with the same companies either as Board Members or Management Team Members. The number of common company affiliations necessary in order to form a link is set at 2 by default, but is adjustable with the MinLink feature, which is located on the taskbar.

Oftentimes the Person Map for a given network must be examined in conjuction with another map, such as the Relational Map. The Person Map can reflect the relationships of the Person nodes to one another, but the Relational Map must be consulted to understand what the affiliations are that connect the Person nodes, and to begin to learn about the context and meaning of those links in the real world.
